8th Annual Backroads to blue registration

If you join every year, or if you're new to the group, consider joining us for an adventure-packed weekend, camaraderie, great times with like minded people, exhilarating back roads, all set in beautiful Collingwood. Our Backroads To Blue rally weekend is for owners of exotic and super cars to participate in a local experience with like minded enthusiasts sharing in beautiful drives, fun experiences, and great camaraderie. Own car is required.

Operating as and further known as Prince Adventures shall not be liable for failure in performance of any of its obligations, including without limitation, for any loss or damage resulting from any delay, cancellation, loss of personal belongings, illness, bodily injury, accident to person, accident to car, death, deterioration of travel services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or frustration, either mental or physical, due to: an act of god, a war, riot, terrorism or any other unlawful act against public order or authority. Fire, flood, weather conditions, epidemics or pandemics. Any strike, lockout, or labour dispute. Others whom Prince Adventures relies on for the performance of the whole or any part of the travel service. Any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Prince Adventures and any other event not reasonable foreseen, anticipated or predicted. Liability of Prince Adventures Prince Adventures will not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of personal injury, accidents or death; loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property; or delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental resulting from any of the following: the act of omission of any party other than Prince Adventures or its employees; sickness, family emergencies, theft or any other circumstance affecting you beyond our direct control; any instance of force majeure; failure of the guest to obtain the documentation required for their trip such as passports, visas and certificates, including but not limited to proof of vaccination where required for entry by the country the guest is visiting (in which case they will also not be entitled to any refund); failure of the guest to follow instructions including but not limited to departure times, baggage, check in and out times, rules of roadways, highways, speeding or speeding fines, instructions of hosts, guides; This is a fully non refundable package. A full refund will not be given in situations where travel must be cancelled by Prince Adventures for reasons which are beyond its control or should your participation in this event be revoked for any reason at the discretion of our hosts or guide for not obeying directions, communications, rules of roadways, highways, or for not respecting other participants. (Force Majeure or other situations) and where Prince Adventures contractual obligations with its suppliers do not allow it to obtain reimbursement of the sums paid to the supplier on your behalf. Quarantine costs incurred for any reason, including COVID-19 or any other epidemic or pandemic, will be the responsibility of the guest. I also confirm my acceptance of the terms and conditions of Prince Adventures and any of its suppliers in force at the time of booking.
