Travel Health Packing Checklist

Nothing is a sweeter feeling than a well packed, well stocked suitcase.

You cannot predict emergencies, but you can be well prepared in the unlikely event of needing something to hand if a situation arises. Here is our Prince Adventures Travel Health Checklist we present for your consideration. You may wish to pack some of these items for you’re next vacation.

  • any medication normally used

  • thermometer

  • insect repellent

  • sunscreen and aloe gel

  • adhesive tape and bandages of various sizes

  • sanitizing wipes

  • masks

  • antiseptic wound cleanser

  • gauze

  • safety pins and scissors

  • sterile dressings

  • tweezers for removing ticks or splinters

  • alcohol based hand sanitizer

  • 1% hydrocortisone cream

  • eye drops that may be required

  • ear drops that may be required

  • allergy medication

  • antifungal and antibacterial ointments or creams

  • anti-motion sickness medication

  • cold and flu medications

  • pain and fever medication

  • stomach and intestinal medication

  • condoms

  • nail file and nail clippers

  • laundry detergent sheets for unexpected cleaning of dirty clothes

  • lip balm with SPF

  • refillable water bottle

  • instant ice packs

  • anything else you think you may need for you and your travel party

Remember to wash your hands frequently with warm soap and water while traveling. Good hygiene should not take vacation!
